Private Canyoning Tour – 1:00 pm
Your adventure begins at the Costa Canyoning Base Camp (Google Maps: Costa Canyoning). Here, you’ll meet your professional guides and get equipped with safety gear, including a harness, helmet, and descending equipment.
From base camp, enjoy a 5-minute 4x4 ride through the rainforest and up a ridgeline to the top of the canyon.
At the launch point, you’ll receive a comprehensive safety briefing and hands-on instruction to prepare you for the adventure ahead.
Let the Canyoning Begin!
The action starts at the first waterfall, a 7-meter (21-foot) rappel where you'll learn and practice the basics of waterfall rappelling.
Then it's time for the real thrill — you’ll rappel down five more stunning waterfalls, with the tallest measuring 27 meters (80 feet)!
The tour concludes at the Uvita River, where you can relax, swim in pristine pools, jump from natural ledges, or slide down smooth rock formations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Costa Canyoning
Cancellations by the customer
• 72 hours or more prior to the tour: Full refund minus 25% administrative fee.
• Between 24 and 72 hours prior to the tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior or in case of “no-show”: No refund.
Cancellations due to weather or safety conditions
The safety of our guests and guides is always our top priority. Since canyoning depends directly on river and waterfall conditions, the following policies apply:
• If the tour must be canceled before starting due to heavy rain, river flooding, or unsafe conditions:
• Guests may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a 60% refund (with 40% retained to cover operational expenses).
• If the tour has already started and must be interrupted due to sudden weather changes:
• Guests will be offered the option to reschedule for another date or receive a credit for a future activity.
• No cash refund will apply once the tour has begun.
Important notes
• Light or moderate rain is considered normal in the rainforest and is not grounds for cancellation, unless it poses a safety risk.
• Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the booking and may take a few business days to appear in the guest’s account.
